Romana's Pilates refers to the original spirit and teachings of Pilates which has been passed down by Romana Kryzanowska from Joseph Pilates. Thanks to the efforts of her daughter Shari and dedicated instructors, the Classic Pilates continues to flourish to this day.

At Pilates Amuse, we strive tirelessly to convey the essence of Romana's Pilates without losing its purity. Based on this, we aim to help not only achieve physical changes, but also to enhance the harmony of a strong and healthy inner self, improving overall fitness and wellness.
